Developed the three-year organizational strategy using UCD methodologies, which effectively set parameters for programmatic work, fundraising, and M&E for all staff.

Created organization-level strategies for Ipas’s work with young adolescents, climate change, and telehealth through collaborative engagement and interviews with key staff and desk reviews.

Served on the internal ‘Design Thinking Steering Committee’, which was responsible for providing UCD and UX orientations, building staff skills, and promoting an exchange of best practices across the organization.

Created an internal toolkit for UCD & Design Thinking processes and resources, including prototyping, testing, user research strategies, and facilitation of design workshops.

Established a community of practice for 250+ internal/external facilitators of values clarification and attitude transformation (VCAT) workshops, led by a shared leadership team of international staff.

Led the creation of an online training course for Ipas’s Social and Behavior Change content, including UI.

Contributed to Ipas’s Stigma Toolkit and Social and Behavior Change User Guide, including guidance on UX design, provision of content, editing, and review.

Established the new Francophone regional program as a core member of the start-up team.

Designed and implemented an English as a Second Language curriculum for migrant farmworkers, informed by key needs and interests from migrant workers and their families.

Developed and conducted qualitative surveys with NC health centers to support grant submissions.  

Created a new ACCESS database to compile all clinics and services for HIV/AIDS patients in all regions of NC.

Connected people to low-cost transportation services to access crucial health facilities through prototyping, testing, and distributing key materials, community outreach events, and interviews with key stakeholders.

Created and implemented an afterschool curriculum in French for adolescent girls based on their identified needs and interests.

Developed and implemented various lessons to include in the Adolescent Girls Program curriculum, based on the needs and interests of the program members.
