I am a user experience researcher with 10 years of professional experience in the health and education sectors, particularly at the global level.

Over the years, I have worked on projects to design organizational strategies, create virtual communities, and develop curricula and toolkits (online and in-person) for youth and adult learning. 

​

In addition to the research methods I learned while studying for my bachelor's and master's degrees, I have also participated in a Fellowship for Design Thinking and IDEO's course on Designing Strategy. 

​

I work across all the stages of project development; including formative research, design, evaluation, and implementation. My nonprofit background has made me adaptable and agile, with experience in filling many different project roles. In many projects, I am responsible for conducting user research, providing strategic input, and writing donor reports.
